The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supporting a global manufacturing facility with 150
employees.

Responsibilities:
The HRM will be a hands-on and interactive professional who will develop and execute practices and processes across all areas.
Providing functional leadership to the HR department and management teams across the entire Company.
It is imperative that the HRM functions as a positive support person for the entire team.
Applies an understanding of key legal precedents, policies, and practices to protect the interests of the organization and individual employees, monitors internal and external factors to anticipate the HR needs of the organization.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources related field required.
SPHR and/or MBA a plus.
Strong background in the areas of recruiting, compensation and benefits, human capital management, employee relations, talent development, organizational change, labor relations, performance management and acquisitions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
